October 2019 Week 1

October 2019 here we come!! Can you believe it is fall already!? It is going to be an incredible one over at Team OMC!! While the leaves and weather are changing, we are BOOMING the sales pipeline with a SPOOKY amount of HOT LEADS . Everyone on Team OMC has been working like mad to make a MONSTEROUS impact on their paycheck. LETS CRUSH THIS WEEK TEAM!! TAKE NO PRISONERS!!!

Major shout out to Cliff who has been CRUSHING IT with his Verification and Lead Generation teams. The high quality leads are pouring in right now and Cliff has been coaching people up to reach their full potential. As we fill our Closers pipelines with these massive amounts of high quality leads, we will be seeing an avalanche of Closes!! Keep pushing forward with this excellent coaching, training, motivating, getting people fired up, all of it! It is so valuable, keep on kicking ass Cliff!!!

Keyona is currently the STAR of the Verification Team with 6 of her Verifications Closed so far for the month. Keyona’s pristine script grade scores and incredible phone voice make her truly a force to be reckoned with over here at Team OMC!! Way to go Keyona, keep those fantastic leads pouring in, you rock!!!

Kyle is by far the top dog of the Closer team , knocking out hat tricks or more on a daily basis. This guy is a total BEAST and consistently crushes it. We have almost double the hot leads coming in for this coming week and we can’t wait to see Kyle rip in to these leads and take them over the finish line. Keep up the amazing work Kyle!! You are a BALLER.

Anduin and Keean continue to crush it in the IT Department, making boss moves , and supporting their team!! The Insurance Agent websites are looking INCREDIBLE and our prospects are loving it! Our clients are crushing it on Google and are seeing amazing results from the work we are putting in, so keep up this amazing momentum you have created, you are helping them GROW. Honorable mention to Joel for workin 60 HOURS THIS WEEK making sure all of our current clients get a boost of that sweet sweet link building and citation juice . Way to go team!!
