Lets do This February 2019!!

With January 2019 behind us it is important to take a moment and reflect on all of the work and accomplishments that made it such a great month at The OMC Group.

Kristin and the Verification team have really come through with a huge increase 📊📈 in lead quality. Great job again Kristin for always digging through the data and finding all of the areas that need improvement between our appointment setters and our verification agents. Great job Verification team on adapting to the new system and watching those live transfers come in like a HAWK. Lets continue to make a concerted effort to push for a higher quality of lead every day.

Kyle and Tamlyn were neck and neck for most of the month on closes. Great job closer team and getting those clients signed up 💳💳💳. Kyle did close the gap in a BIG way near the end of the month and come out on top with the most closes in January. Kyle with 24 Closes, Tamlyn with 17 Closes. Great job Closer team!

A shout out to Anduin for taking the first steps towards improving the quality of our websites 🖥🎨. We look forward to seeing what you can do to raise the bar for the entire IT team. Great job Anduin!
