Killer Week March 2019 👑🔥

Last week was an epic 💯 one for everyone in the OMC family! The whole team really came together to support 🤝 each other and go above and beyond on their daily duties. Lots of big things are happening for those who reach for greatness, and we look forward to seeing all of your individual growth!

Kristin has been doing an excellent job helping out the Verification callers and going over their call grades ☎️🧾 with them. We saw a big increase 📈 in script grade adherence this week, which means more high quality leads heading to the closers! Speaking of leads, hot transfers 🔥 are on the up and up as well, great job team! The more quality hot transfers you send over, the more hot transfer closes will happen, keep it up! 💪

Kyle blasted 💥🚀 in to the week guns blazing and racked up 8 closes! Looking forward to building off of that this week and making it 10! Great job Kyle not only on your personal production but for your guidance and motivation 📢 you give the rest of the sales team! Jason, now working directly with Kyle got his first close this week as well, congratulations Jason on breaking in to closing. We are looking forward to seeing more closes from you this week!

Big congratulations to Anduin on his promotion to IT Manager! 🌟🌟🌟 This was a promotion well earned. Your attention to detail and outside the box thinking does not go unnoticed and we are excited to see your further growth! 📊 The IT department has come a long way already and it will only keep going up from here. The support and guidance you give your other team members will only further assist you in find new innovative ways to serve our customers exactly what they want, when they want it.

We are happy to announce a new tool 🔨 this week that will be a collaboration between IT and the Closer Team. Going forward we will be implementing a “Terms of Service” document 📋which will be a custom outline of what the potential client would like to sign up for. This will be a beautiful document that will be created and emailed to the potential client by the IT team. It will build trust 🤝 and value in what the Closers are offering when they go to make the Close. More on that coming up as we prepare to roll it out.
