July 2019 is wrapping up and what a month it has been 💪🎉💪!! We have seen MASSIVE strides in all departments and everyone should be very proud of their growth 🌳 and improvement 🚀 in Team OMC. From improvements in lead quality in the pipeline, to huge growth for our clients search phrases on Google 📈, it truly feels like the sky 🌤 is the limit going in to august! Time to double down 🙋‍♂️🙋‍♀️ on every positive thing we are doing, and raise the bar to the next level!! Let’s go TEAM!!

BIG TIME SHOUT OUT 🎤 to Austin on the Verification team. An absolute KILLER 🔪⚰️ month for him with 35 Verifications Closed so far for the month. Keep those awesome Verifications, and better yet, those 🌶SPICY HOT TRANSFERS🌶 coming Austin!! You are a STONE COLD KILLER!!!!

Kristin kicking it up a notch 📊 with those Confirmations, with 193 so far for the month!! Thats a lot of 🔥FLAMING HOT🔥 leads for our Closers to knock out ⚾️ of the park!! Keep up the great work Kristin!

Henry and Archie of the Retention team had an excellent week last week!! Big strides in KTP’s and CC Decline 💳💳 updates were made last week, way to shake off that slow down and kick it in to overdrive 🏎🏎!! Looking forward to an even better week this week! Keep pushing to the next level guys, 🔥 let’s get it!!!

Everyone in the IT Department is CRUSHING it. The new website templates that are coming out are looking amazing and more importantly, performing ⭐️⭐️🌟⭐️⭐️ very well! Shout out to Keean on your quick assists with the hot 🔥 transfers, great job knocking those out for our sales team! The search phrases we are providing for all of our clients are incredible and making a huge difference 🙌🏻 in their lives. Keep up this great work 😎, and helping them grow 📈 their businesses!

Kyle had another MONSTER 🔥💰🦑💰🔥 week, smashing out closes for all of the industries we are currently targeting. This guy has a knack for closing these Chiropractors 👨🏻‍🔬 and Insurance agents 🤵, on top of his mastery of closing lawyers. On Wednesday of last week, Kyle put up 6 Closes in his shift, the DOUBLE HAT TRICK 🏒🏒! As his pipeline gets more and more full of 🔥hot leads🔥, we look forward to another great week of Closes from this BEAST! Way to go Kyle!!
