Hello Team! As we wrap up the month of March, there is a lot of excitement on the horizon! 🤩 New opportunities and lots of room for financial advancement for everyone on the team, all in the face of the recent events and changes happening globally 🌎. Last week was EPIC for everyone on this team, hitting record numbers 📈 for Verifications, Retention, Closes, and more! Make no mistake, these changes in the world are a HUGE benefit to all of us in this company when it comes to production 💰, and we are ready to end the month STRONG! 💪

We did want to touch on a few things and clear the air 🦅. Some were asking about the status of the Vancouver office and if there would be any potential temporary closures in any departments of the company. The answer is a resounding NO WAY 🙅‍♀️🙅🙅🏻‍♂️. 2020 is going to be a record 🏆year for everyone on this team! As he has said several times, and again yesterday, Washington Gov. Jay Inslee 🏛 said he will not be imposing a statewide shelter-in-place order, as governors in California and elsewhere have done recently. He said this will necessitate further voluntary reductions in social interactions by Washingtonians. Basically this means just keep doing what you have already been doing 👍🏻. Practice good hygiene and wash your hands often, keep your space sanitized, stay away from groups of 50 or more (the new suggestions), and be respectful of each others 🤝 personal space – meaning practice social distancing and keeping 6 feet apart as much as humanly possible. In the incredibly rare event that WA would roll out a temporary shelter in place scenario, we would of course facilitate a work from home procedure for ALL members of the team. This is a time to make big moves in our space, and fatten up those paychecks, we will not falter, we will not contract, we are going to continue to dominate this market.

We also wanted to touch on the 1 – 2 month court closures 🏛 that are happening in select cities, mostly in Canada 🍁. This is not what it sounds like. While there are a few courts that are closed to public hearings, all of these courts are still functioning and carrying out the law. What this means is, walk ins and juries are on hold ✋🏻for a month or two in a few select places. All scheduled hearings are still going to proceed, and most courts are already rolling out video conferencing which makes the whole subject moot. Now more than EVER lawyers and big law firms are in massive demand 📊🚀, and now is their chance to work with us and capitalize on this new influx of clients. This is a non-issue, the law will continue to be upheld, and the show will go on.

As I am sure a lot of you know, our top 3 biggest competitors 👿 are Yodle, eGumball, and ReacLocal. We bring this up because all three of these companies are either based in New York or California, and both states currently have a shelter in place order. While they surely have some kind of work from home situation 💻 set up, the point is, the companies are not fully functioning right now, which means our sales team just moved in on a HUGE chunk of their market. All the leads that they have in their pipeline 🚰, are now our leads. You will find over the coming weeks, that you will be able to get a hold of A LOT more decision makers, and that they will not be entertaining offers from other companies. This positions us at a huge advantage 💪 in our sector, and we are very excited to come in swinging! ⚾️
