Big shout out to Keyona as she continues to dominate in the Verification department. With 16 
hot transfers and 23 total verifications closed so far for this month, Keyona is truly a force 
to be reckoned with! Keep up that positive attitude 
and happy energy, it makes such a huge difference in your production 
and earning power. You rock Keyona!!
Cliff and the rest of the Verification team are doing an amazing job ! The amount of time 
it takes to call a lead back after a Lead Generator sends it over directly correlates to the amount of calls that get Verified, we know this to be true. So seeing Cliff and the Verification team calling back those leads with extreme quickness 
is pretty awesome, and has produced a big increase in Verifications!! Way to go Cliff, Austin, Patrick and Keyona. Keep up this amazing work!!
The Retention team had another EPIC WEEK and we could not be more proud 
of this team!! Keean is doing an incredible job ensuring that everything goes smoothly, and things are not slipping through the cracks or getting missed. Way to go Keean!! Your attention to detail 
and quickness on your feet is a huge part of what makes this team successful !! Archie and Henry are crushing it on the phones and getting those KTP’s and CC Decline updates 
like crazy!! You guys are stone cold killers
