April 2019 Here We Go! 🚀🌟

April 2019 is sure to be an amazing month for everyone at Team OMC. With the increase in lead quality as well as the quality of our IT work all on the rise, we will be seeing a big increase in new customers this month! As we strive for a higher quality of lead we just wanted to re-iterate what was said last week:

It is not enough to just plow through the script and verify the appointment, we are here to verify that these people are DM’s that actively want to set this appointment and are open to the terms of our services, including the price! Do not put non-interested leads in to salesforce!

A big shout out to our new team member Ashley on her already excellent script adherence scores! Keep up the great work Ashley and keep that call quality up! Great to see such awesome script grades right from the start, you will go far here with that work ethic!

Nice work again this week in the retention department, Archie and Henry are killing it! Lots of declines updated and lots of KTPs going down over there. Between the 2 of you there were 22 KTPs and CC Decline updates for the month! Keep up the great work guys!

Great job Keean and Anduin on spearheading a new method of reaching out to people who are behind on their payments. This sort of innovative thinking is the reason why both of you are such valued members of the team! Keep these awesome ideas coming, you will go far here!
