Welcome to the new Newsletter site for The OMC Group team members! Here you will find all sorts of information and updates on whats new and going on at the offices of The OMC Group.

To kick things off, we have been having an excellent post Christmas workflow between customer service, retention, and IT.

I would like to take a moment and give a shout out to Terri-Ann in customer service who has really been learning a lot and stepping up her game in order to keep our clients happy. Thank you for your hard work Terri-Ann! Customer Service as a whole had a really great December, huge improvements and increased retention rates they should all be proud of.

Some of you who have been here for a while probably already know this, but right after Christmas and New Years is one of the best times of the year for signing up new clients! Everyone has made their resolutions and really want to hit the new year running. Closing new business this time of the year is statistically easier as everyone is attempting to turn over a new leaf and work extra hard at building their business. That said we are looking forward to the sales team kicking off 2019 with a bang!
