February 2019 is going along quite well, everyone is working together as a team to push for better production and a higher quality product. Well done everyone at The OMC Group for continuing to kick butt and work hard. 👏👏

Anduin has been doing just an amazing job at training our new Web Developer, Ariful. Showing great leadership and patience, Anduin clearly has a natural talent for management. Welcome Ariful to the team, an expert Web Developer, System Administrator, and all around WordPress superstar! 🤓 Looking forward to see the IT team raise the bar, providing a website that is elegant and functional, at a fraction of the cost of our competitors.

Archie has been doing an excellent job so far this month over in the Retention Department. With 6 KTPs and 8 Credit Card Decline updates, 💳 we are looking to see a strong second half of the month on the Retention side. Great job Archie!

Kyle continues to lead the pack in the Closer department with 13 closes so far, over Tamlyns 5. Great job Closer team and honorable mention to Kyle, keep killing it! 💪💪

We would also like to give a shout out to Jason for being Top Producer in the Verification/Reminder Caller team with 11 of his Verifications closed so far for the month. Great job Jason, keep up the great work building value with our potential customers. 🤝
