September 2019 Week 4 💪⚔️🔥

September 2019 has been another incredible 💯 month for everyone on Team OMC!! All departments continue to crush 💪 it, the IT work only gets better by the day 🤓 as we expand the team. The sales team is doing amazing and filling that pipeline 🎢 up for our Closer team. Time sure does fly, 🚀 bring on October!! Big shout out to the whole team!!

Anduin and Keean, the IT Dream Team 🙌🏻, have seriously been upping 📈 their game!! The IT Work being done is AMAZING 🎉 and our clients could not be happier 😃. Anduin has been doing some seriously awesome multi tasking training up the new IT crew!! The websites are looking more amazing 👨‍🎨 by the day and the attention to detail has been incredible 🤓. Keean has been doing an awesome job helping out with the retention 💳 team and ensuring that the database is accurate on top of all the other amazing work that he does every day. Way to go team!!!

Today’s video is about getting out of your comfort zone and raising the bar. Sometimes in life, and most certainly in anyones career, you have to do things that you don’t want to do, to get the things you want out of life. Leaving your comfort zone can be scary, but it will always make you stronger. Life will always be hard, filled with rejection and set backs, but if you run towards these things instead of away from them, you will get much more out of life. Embrace the change and grow!
