January 2019 Wrap Up – Great Things Coming

January 2019 has been an excellent month at The OMC Group. We now have all Appointment Setters set up to do Live Transfers to our Verification Agents. This along with the tireless efforts from Kristin, has greatly improved the quality of our leads as they make their way to our closers. Great job to everyone involved and an honorable mention to Kristin for continuing to work towards a higher quality of lead.

Kyle and Tamlyn are currently tied for the month with 17 closes each. Excellent work to both of you! Who will have the most closes at the end of this month and break this tie?

Customer service continues to keep up their excellent work and is greatly improving our retention rates. Thank you customer service team for taking good care of our clients and making sure to do it with a smile. Honorable mention to Terri-Ann for raising the bar and helping to bring the team to a higher level.
