August 2019 Week 1

Another outstanding week for everyone at Team OMC!! Teamwork truly Makes the Dream Work! The proof is in the pudding ! Everyone really came together to support each other, troubleshoot issues, and help raise the bar to the next level! All this collective cooperation ensures that all of our clients receive the best possible service at the lowest price. There is not a digital marketing company out there that provides this level of service at such an amazing price. We are changing the game and ready for world domination!

Major shout out to Keyona!! Your positive and energetic demeanor on the phone is very impressive and you should be proud of the work you are doing here! Keyona is currently leading the pack in the Verification department with 10 Verifications closed for the month so far. Way to go Keyona! Keep up the amazing work!! Honorable mention to Austin B. who is leading the pack in HT’s Closed, with 5 so far for the month. Way to go Austin B.!!

Anduin and Keean are seriously dominating on the IT side of things, you guys are an epic team!! Your ability to adapt and take on new challenges is inspiring and you should be very proud of the work you are doing! We have seen huge growth from both of you. Anduin is taking the IT department to a new level and Keean is like a ninja jumping on any billing issue that comes up, not to mention those on the fly list builds. Truly they are the DREAM TEAM. Way to go guys!

HUGE SHOUT OUT to Cliff and the Verification crew on improving lead quality . Making sure those prospects objections have truly been overcome instead of just plowing through the script no matter what they say, has already made a huge difference. Can’t wait to see more of this type of work from you guys, keep it up!!

Another amazing week for the Closer team!! Lots of closes from the various industries and Hot Transfers being taken over the finish line. Kyle is leading the pack with 16 Closes so far this month! Way to go Kyle !! With the Verification Team kicking it up a notch and providing a better quality of lead, we will be seeing a lot more Closes for our Closer team. Gonna be an EPIC week!!

Todays video is about the power of positive thinking. Don’t allow negative people, the news, social media, etc… to bring you down and take away from your earning potential. You potential is limitless when you maintain a positive mental state, you can achieve anything that you put your mind to, so don’t let anyone tell you otherwise, and don’t let all the negative noise of the world get in your way.
