Lets Roll August 2019!

Time flies when you are CRUSHING IT !! August has started off with a bang and everyone is working together to push it to the limit! It is inspiring to see the team come together to support each other and make sure everything goes as smooth as possible. Big things are happening at Team OMC and everyone has HUGE opportunities in front of them!

We will be bringing on more Lead Generators in the coming weeks and we just want to remind the Verification Team to keep those script grades  100%  and make sure we are doing everything we can to build value and better qualify the lead.

It is not enough to just plow through the script and set a callback, we are here to confirm that these people are DM’s that actively want to set this appointment and are open to the terms of our services, including the price! Do not put non-interested leads in to salesforce and always use your Rebuttals. Your Closer team is counting on you to continue to fill their pipeline with HOT leads!

MAJOR SHOUT OUT to Keean, this guy has been stepping up his game big time! Being quick with the HT search phrase list building, staying on top of those chargebacks, and going above and beyond in the retention department just scratch the surface of what Keean has been up to recently. We love this attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot more complex issues. In addition, your excellent attitude and positive energy is infectious and we cannot wait to see more of it! Everyone give Keean a high five today, YOUDA MAN!

Cliff and the Verification Team are really doing an amazing job adapting to the growth of Lead Generators we are adding to the crew. Awesome job taking those DM transfers and converting them in to solid appointments !! In the coming week, we will now have enough Lead Generation staff to enable each Verification Agents to convert A LOT more Verifications a day!! Thats a spicy meatball!! Great job team!

Kyle had another killer week, knocking closes out of the park left and right! All 3 industries (Lawyers, Chiropractors, Insurance Agents) are getting signed on with our amazing services thanks to Kyles top tier closing ability. The hat tricks keep on coming! What a beast!!! With more expansions happening this week, Kyles pipeline is about to get even fatter, with many more opportunities to take these business owners over the finish line . Kyle is a GOD ☯︎ and we are all basking in his glory.
