May 2019 Here We Go!! πππͺ
Can you believe it is almost May already!? We are starting this month with a bang π with a huge wave ππ of new staff and technology. Everyone made really great strides in April and we could not be more proud of the improvements and growth π±πΏπ³ within Team OMC. Lets all keep raising the bar and pushing ourselves to be better, there are great rewards π΅ on the horizon both financial π° and personal!
As you may have noticed we added 10 more appointment setters πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ on Thursday, yowza! They spent Thursday and Friday getting trained up and hitting the phones βοΈπ₯ so this week they are ready to hit the ground running! On top of that we are adding 8 πββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈπββοΈ additional appointment setters Monday and Tuesday, so get ready for a huge wave π of leads!
During this time we will be relying heavily on our Verification Callers, your role as the buffer between the Appointment Setters and the Closers is SO important as we ramp things up. Remember to follow your script π verbatim and to use your rebuttals for any objection in order to loop the lead back in to your script. Keep those script grades up, and make sure your Closers πͺ can count on you to provide them with the highest quality lead possible. We all know you can do it Verification Team, WE BELIEVE IN YOU!!!!
Big Big shout out to Kristin and Brian getting these new teams of Appointment Setters rocking and rolling! πΈ We know it’s a lot getting them trained up, set up on the phones βοΈ, adhering to the script π etc…. and your hard work does not go un-noticed! Help turn this big wave of appointment setters in to new closes and there will surely be rewards on the horizon π΅π for you both! You know the recipe π©βπ³π¨βπ³ is script adherence for both Appointment Setters and Verification Agents, so lets cook π³ up some CLOSES!!

This weeks video is about time management. β± It’s easy to get in the habit of looking at the clock π° and counting down the hours and minutes until it’s time to go home but that will not only make the day drag on longer, but it will limit your potential personally and financially. Take on a mind set of “how productive can I be in the time that I have today” and you will not only make more money π°, the time is going to fly by and you will wish there were more hours in the day.
