April 2019 Wrap Up

As April 2019 comes to a close we could not be more excited πŸ™ŒπŸ» about the great things to come! Hoping everyone had a great weekend and is feeling rested and ready to kick some butt! πŸ’ͺπŸ’ͺ Lots of huge improvements have been made this month, everyone is really stepping up their game and working hard.

As we continue to add more appointment setters β˜ŽοΈπŸ€“ to the roster we would like to thank Kristin for all of her efforts in ensuring that these agents stay on script πŸ“ and ask all of the important qualifying questions needed before passing them off to our Verification Agents. Kristins ability to manage these groups of appointment setters is an important role here at Team OMC and we are looking forward to seeing you work them in to shape!

Patrick continues to raise the bar for Verifications, keeping his script grades at a very high level πŸ“ˆπŸ’― and ensuring a high quality lead is entered in to the database every single time. Excellent work Patrick! In the next week we will be adding to the Verification team and these newbies will be looking to you for guidance πŸ‘¨β€πŸ«, we know you will set a great example for them. It seems like nothing can stop Archie and Henry in the Retention team lately as they crushed it πŸ’ͺπŸ’―πŸ’ͺ again last week! Tons of KTPs and CC Decline updates πŸ’³πŸ’Έ once again, excellent work you two, keep it up!!
