2019 Off to a Great Start

Hello Team OMC! 2019 is off to a great start. We welcome new closer Shawn to the team who is kicking butt and has already closed his first deal. Way to go Shawn! Excellent job to Kyle as well for getting on the board.

Customer service and retention continue to improve which is great to see. Clients are getting excellent customer service and our agents are responding to their inquiries quickly and intelligently.

A big shout out to Keean for his excellent communication with HR during a few billing related projects we have been chipping away at recently. Billing is an incredibly sensitive and important job, so thank you Keean for taking it seriously and bringing questions and concerns to the table.
